Italy Family Reunion Visa (Husband Inviting Wife)

A. Documents Required from the Husband (Sponsor in Italy)

1. Permesso di Soggiorno (Residence Permit) – valid copy (front and back).

2. Passport Copy – all pages with personal data, visa, and entry stamps.

3. Codice Fiscale – copy of the Italian tax code.

4. Carta d’Identità (if applicable) – Italian ID card copy.

5. Work Contract or Employment Letter – must include current salary and employment status.

6. Latest Income Proof, such as:

   • CUD / Certificazione Unica (annual income certificate)

   • Latest buste paga (salary slips for the last 3 months)

   • Modello 730 or Modello Unico (tax return form)

7. Accommodation Proof (Idoneità Alloggiativa) – certificate from the Comune (municipality) showing the house is suitable for family living.

8. Family Reunion Authorization (Nulla Osta al Ricongiungimento Familiare) – obtained from the Sportello Unico per l’Immigrazione (SUI) in Italy.

9. Invitation/Declaration Letter – signed statement by the husband confirming the wish to reunite with his wife in Italy.

B. Documents Required from the Wife (Applicant in Pakistan)

1. Visa Application Form – fully completed and signed.

2. Passport – valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended travel date, with copies of all pages.

3. Passport-size Photographs – recent, white background, Schengen specifications.

4. Marriage Certificate (Nikah Nama) –

   • Original + Italian translation (done by an authorized translator)

   • Attested by:

     • MOFA (Pakistan)

     • Italian Embassy or Consulate

5. Family Registration Certificate (FRC) – issued by NADRA, showing family relationship.

6. Copies of Husband’s Documents – Passport, Residence Permit, and Codice Fiscale.

7. Copy of Nulla Osta – Original + Copy (provided by husband from Italy).

Important Notes

• All non-Italian documents must be translated into Italian and attested by Signature One Consultants before submission.
