A. Documents Required from the Husband (Sponsor in Italy)

Accommodation Proof (Idoneità Alloggiativa) – certificate from the Comune (municipality) showing the house is suitable for family living.

Family Reunion Authorization (Nulla Osta al Ricongiungimento Familiare) – obtained from the Sportello Unico per l’Immigrazione (SUI) in Italy.

Invitation/Declaration Letter – signed statement by the husband confirming the wish to reunite with his wife in Italy.
B. Documents Required from the Wife (Applicant in Pakistan)

Visa Application Form – fully completed and signed.

Passport – valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended travel date, with copies of all pages.

Passport-size Photographs – recent, white background, Schengen specifications.
