🧾 General Requirements (All Applicants)

1. Valid Passport – minimum 16 months validity + photocopy of first two pages
2. Passport Photographs – 2 recent photos (white background, front shot, no head covering)
3. Original Nulla Osta & Visa Fee Receipt
  - (Relatives of EU citizens do not require Nulla Osta or visa fee)
4. Copy of Sponsor’s Residence Permit (Permesso di Soggiorno) in Italy
5. English CNIC (issued by NADRA)
6. MOFA-Attested Copies of all NADRA / Union Council Documents

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents Invited by Children

1. Birth Certificate of the inviting son/daughter
2. Marriage Registration Certificate of parents
3. Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
4. Dependency Affidavit – in Urdu + English translation, notarized

- Must confirm parents are fully dependent on the inviting person and have no income or assets

1. Proof of Financial Support – bank transfers, Western Union receipts, etc.

- If parents have multiple children, other siblings must provide notarized affidavits confirming they are unable to support parents

1. Marriage Registration Certificate
2. Family Registration Certificate (FRC)

👶 Children Category

1. Certified Copy of Parents’ Marriage Certificate
2. Child’s Birth Certificate – must include mother’s name

- (DNA or bone density tests may be requested as additional proof)

1. Child Registration Certificate (CRC / ب فارم)
2. Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
3. No Objection Affidavit – if one parent is not traveling

- Notarized in Urdu with English/Italian translation

1. If mother or other parent already resides in Italy:

- Copy of Residence Permit (Permesso di Soggiorno)
- Certificate of Residence from Italian Commune

🇪🇺 Relatives of European Union Citizens

1. Declaration of Hospitality – filled & signed by inviting person
2. Copy of EU Passport of inviting person
3. Certificate of Residence from Italian Commune
4. All NADRA Documents must be legalized

- All documents must have matching names and spellings across passport and certificates
- All original documents must be MOFA-attested and translated into English or Italian
- Visa fee is non-refundable under any circumstances (withdrawal or refusal)
