  • 👔 Employment Letter / NOC – position, salary, leave approval

  • 💰 Salary Slips (Last 3 Months)

  • 📃 Business Proof (for self-employed) – registration certificate, tax docs, business account statement

C. Additional Supporting Documents

• • 🆔 CNIC Copy

  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Family Registration Certificate (FRC)

  • 💍 Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

  • 🏠 Property / Home Ties Documents (optional)

2️⃣ Russia Work Visa (Long Stay)

• • 📄 Official Work Invitation Letter (Issued by Russian Ministry of Interior / Migration Dept.)

  • 📝 Employment Contract (Signed by employer & employee)

  • 🏢 Company Registration Certificate

  • ✉️ Covering Letter from Employer

From Applicant

• • 📝 Visa Application Form (Online)

  • 🛂 Passport – valid ≥6 months

  • 🎓 Educational Certificates & Experience Letters

  • 🏥 Medical Test Report – HIV & general health check

  • 🛡️ Travel Insurance

From Sponsor (Russia)

• • ✉️ Official Invitation Letter (Issued by Russian Immigration Office)

  • 🛂 Passport / Residence Permit Copy

  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Proof of Relationship (Marriage/Birth Certificate – translated)

  • 🏠 Proof of Accommodation

  • 💼 Employment / Financial Proof of Sponsor

From Applicant

  • 🛂 Passport + Old Passports Copies

  • 🆔 CNIC + FRC + Relationship Documents

• • All documents in Urdu or non-English must be translated into English, Russian, or Ukrainian.

  • Embassies/consulates may request additional documents depending on individual cases.

  • Visa submissions from Pakistan are handled via VFS Global or Embassy directly.
